Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our highest pursuit.

If you wish to return your Ozman products, you can return your purchase within one month. You are responsible for the return fee, make sure all the products retun in it’s original undamaged package, please attached your order number on the return package, and send us an email about the tracking number of your return parcel.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

– The product is in its original packaging

– The product in unused condition.

-- Engraved products can not be returned

Time frame: Within one month after receive the order.

Condition: Products should be in unused condition to qualify for a refund.

Refunds: Refunds go back to your original payment method up to 7 business days once we received your return.

Shipping Costs: Original Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Complete Returns: For orders included promotional or free item, please returned all together to get a full refund.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for return. Please email hello@ozmantrends.com.au before returning the product.

Exchange Policy

Exchange available within one month after received the order.

Free postage fee for exchange.
